This 5 page report discusses whether or not Australia’s banks exist in a governmental and social system in which the consumer receives virtually nothing while the institutions become outrageously wealthy. Using a letter to the editor written by Geoffrey Warrener of Oyster Bay, NSW, that Australia’s banks operate in what amounts to a competition-free environment, and that they are given inappropriate advantages in the business world that assures their success serves as the basis of the report.
